Before you read this, I want everyone to know I've taken big steps since I wrote this to improve my mental health. I'm in a day program now, and when the day program's over I plan on going to a support group every week in addition to individual therapy, the latter of which I'm already in. I'd tell you more, but you can read about it in my next post, which will be published next Thursday because happily, for now, I will be writing for Healthyplace every week!
